“The room was spacious, and facilities maintained at a high standard. The staff were incredibly friendly and always sought to improve my stay in any way they could. I had originally booked three nights and needed to extend for two more at a moments notice. Staff were not only able to do so with minimal fuss, but also at a generously discounted price.”

“Just stayed at the Banff Inn and it was lovely. Gorgeous mountain view from our window (single king room) and comfortable bed with crisp linens and a cozy duvet (and 4 pillows to choose from!) It was extremely quiet at night, which was amazing for a hotel property. Check-in was easy, and we called the front desk twice for very small things, and received friendly service at our hotel room door within minutes.”

“A comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Early check in was arranged by request and everything was as pictured/described on website. Staff are very helpful and smiley. The room had a good layout and comfortable beds. I loved the cosy little lounge area with fire where you walk in. We got dinner from the restaurant, really nice pizzas, pasta and sides. Hotel is not too far from town and there are bus stops very near as well.”
